Inspire yourself… find peace and joy within.  Simple and  effective techniques offered to help quiet the busy mind and open the heart.  Based on the book, Wings of Joy, by Sri Chinmoy. Join us for this four week series.  It is recommended that participants attend all classes consecutively.
