The Safety Harbor Public Library has partnered with the Literacy Council of Upper Pinellas!!! Unlock the door to success by helping someone learn to read, speak and write English. Volunteer with the Literacy Council of Upper Pinellas. Attend training for just 4 hours to be assigned a student to tutor in Safety Harbor.
