Friday Author Talk/Book Signing: Safety Harbor Public Library presents Andrew Huse, author of The Columbia Restaurant: Celebrating a Century of History, Culture, and Cuisine, on Friday, February 19, 7:00 pm. The book contains recipes and memories from Richard Gonzmart and the Columbia Family.
Andrew Huse is a librarian with the University of South Florida’s Special Collections department who lectures across the state about Florida food. Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing and refreshments served. For more information, call 724-1525 x112.
